b) Visiting the institutionMeeting the authorities of the institution Getting to know the professionals, who would be working for resource room orexplaining the criteria for selection of the resource room personales (from amongst the existing staff) to authorites

c) Departmental organisation infrastruct-rally invovling - listing of furniture, discussing library requirements for resource room, equipment for resourse room - electronic + mechanical, games, toys,puzzles, books, activity books etc.

    Departmental Organization, Time Organization, Getting accustomed to micro and macrodetails of the resourse room inventory.
2nd visit
2 days
1st Day 1) Giving case history performa - explaining its pros. & cons. 2 hrs. Resource Room Personel. Creating head start for the RRP.
    2) Practical demonstration of case history taking - 2 cases
2 hrs.
Resource Room Personel. Develop in-depth analytical skills.
    3) Teaching how to interview parents - Interpretation & practical workshop. 2 hrs. Resource Room Personel. Develop inter-personnel skills to satisfy family members of the progress with the case & understand home environment.
1st Day   Explaination & Discussion on how to handle every case that enrols with resource room before the entire training is over. Practical demonstration. 2 Hrs.

To formulate the strategies while solving a problem and bridge it to daily life situation. To learn to converge & divrege thinking.
    b) Workshop on diagnosis to evaluate new cases completely under our supervision.     Summing up the above knowledge and applying the same.
8th Visit
4 Days
  a) Workshop on stress management, circle time activites, behaviour modification. 3 + 3 Hrs. Resource Room

P.S.
  1. All the remediation + particular programmes will be offered with complete notes in the form of handouts.
  2. These programmes will be dealt with in a fast track manner. They can be extended if desired.
  3. The above programme and nature of participants can be modified as per the need of the individual set-up.
